One of the things I love about our balms is that they are great for abhyanga and have less potential mess than the traditional method of using oils.

 

Abhyanga is the form of oil self-massage that is used by Ayurvedic practitioners. It's simple to do as an everyday ritual before or after a shower or bath, and promotes healthy circulation while leaving you with moisturized skin.

 

To try this as a stimulating facial massage yourself, take a dime-sized dab of ka face balm and with fingertips gently massage it in little circles starting at the third eye and moving outward around both eyes, then under the eyes, bridge of nose, around the cheeks, below the nose, smile creases, chin, and then massage upward from the base of the neck.

 

ka balms are great for abhyanga on the go, when traveling by air, or any time you want the experience of an oil massage without the mess!
